Individual counselling provides a confidential, supportive space to explore personal challenges, strengthen coping skills, and work toward emotional wellbeing and personal growth. (Total 60 min - last 5 min is for administrative tasks, ie re-booking, payment etc)
Couples counselling is a collaborative process that supports partners in addressing relationship challenges, improving communication, and fostering emotional connection.

Walking Therapy combines movement with counselling, offering sessions held outdoors or at an indoor walking track. This approach can support emotional regulation, reflection, and stress reduction while engaging the body and mind together. A virtual session is required prior to beginning walking therapy to determine if this format is a good fit and to review guidelines for confidentiality and privacy when meeting in public spaces.
